I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA: 0135380) and the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF: 0748595). I work on a short-term and long-term basis with children, adolescents and adults, as well as couples and groups, dealing with a range of psychological and psychiatric issues of varying severity.
These include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, anger, grief and bereavement, behavioural problems, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I have a special interest in working with children and working in the field of trauma.
I work from a cognitive behavioural, solution-focused and psychodynamic approach. Each therapeutic approach is collaborative and is adapted to suit the needs of the individual client.

I completed my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (cum laude) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). Following this I completed my internship at Addington Hospital and the King Dinuzulu Hospital Complex. My community service was completed at Osindisweni Hospital.
